Common Policy Change Requests
- Add or remove a vehicle — Bought a new car or traded in your old one? Let us update your auto policy.
- Add or remove a driver — New teen driver in the household? Driver moved out? We will update your policy accordingly.
- Change your address — Moving? Your home address affects both your auto and homeowners rates. Notify us promptly.

How to Submit a Change Request
Fill out the request form below with the details of your change, or call our office at (423) 636-3743. We will contact your carrier and process the change on your behalf. Most routine changes take effect within one to two business days.
No coverage changes are effective until confirmed in writing by your carrier. Do not assume a change has been made until you have received written confirmation. If you have an urgent coverage need — such as a vehicle you need insured today — please call us directly.
